Corvus Group is delighted to announce that Karen Sands has joined the board as a Non-Executive Director.

Karen is the Chief Operating Officer of the Federated Hermes Private Equity business and brings a wealth of fund operations and accounting experience to the Corvus Group, advising the board on matters of corporate strategy, governance and the optimisation of systems and processes to maximise client delivery through the provision of a quality service.

Corvus co-founder James McCarthy comments, “Karen’s appointment is a significant step forward for the Group. With a wealth of experience in fund operations and accounting, Karen will provide the board with an invaluable insight into the challenges faced by fund COOs and CFOs and the expectations of fund LPs, which in turn will help us to optimise our services and systems to better address our clients’ needs”.
